I wrote, last week, about the launch of a new Washington Post Newsweek Interactive Campaign Tracker application for Windows Mobile phones.  This novel product is getting some media coverage that I wanted to share with you. 

There's an informative article from Mobile Marketer that explains how the election content application came to fruition as well as the partnership that helped create it.  It also brings up one of the cooler parts of the app, and that is that since it's not built on a web site, users can access the latest political news wherever they are, even if they're out of wireless range on an airplane.
