Desktop Sync Update
Internet Explorer 7 has been available for a few months, Windows Vista became available this week and I've spent the last week writing about how I've tried to create a better user experience for my users... seems like it's time to give some of you the chance to see how well I've done!
Desktop Sync has been in it's initial beta for a long time now. A lot of work has been happening with it and now I'm really close to releasing another public beta. First though, I want to run the newest version through some real world tests.
I'm looking for a few people to try out an initial alpha/beta2 release. It's been pretty well tested, but I want to make sure that the upgrade process is smooth before releasing to the public.
If you're interested, send an email to beta@newsgator.com and I'll let you know if you're in.
I'm looking for people who will give it a good beating, so please don't respond unless you're willing to play with something that has bugs and you're up for giving some really good feedback! I would love to get one or two people with IE 6 as well... just to see what happens :-)
Most of the fixes/enhancements revolve around performance and usability:
...and it has some new things as well...
