Red Rocks and Snow

If you've been paying any attention to the news, you've probably heard that it's been snowing a little bit in Denver.  I was bummed that I missed last weeks storm so I was pretty excited about round two.  It's been nothing like 2003 when I was trapped in my old apartment for 3 days - in fact, it's been pretty mild.

After seeing that the roads were pretty clear I decided to test out my new tires and my new camera and take a drive down the street to Red Rocks (gotta love living ten minutes away from such a cool place).  I figured they hadn't plowed any of the roads in the park but was surprised to see that it was wide open.  It was great, and I got some pretty cool pictures...

And the tires handled it all just fine :-)
